Columbia Park Manor, built in 1997, is Satellite Affordable Housing Associates' only development in Pittsburg.  The development of Columbia Park Manor was a collaborative effort between the Pre-School Coordinating Council, Pittsburg nonprofit family services agency, and Satellite Senior Homes.
