Satellite Affordable Housing Associates has managed Hillcrest Gardens, owned by Interfaith Housing Inc., since November 2018. The 55-unit property was built in 1971 and provides affordable housing to seniors ages 62 or older. Hillcrest Gardens is located in Livermore, adjacent to a shopping center with multiple restaurants and less than a mile walk to a park.
