It's always a busy time at our buildings, with new project approvals, monthly gatherings and programs for residents, and the flurry of work that always comes at this time of the year. Through it all, we remain focused on our mission to provide quality, affordable homes and services that empower people and strengthen neighborhoods. We could not do it without supporters like you.

SAHA's Manzanita Family Apartments project featured in the Napa Valley Register. The newly endorsed project will bring 51 affordable family apartments to Napa in 2019.
Although 2017 has brought many changes to the world of affordable housing, some things remain the same: the need for quality, permanent housing for the lowest-income members of our community has never been greater.
Politicians from throughout the Napa Valley, and even from Sacramento, were on hand last week in American Canyon to celebrate the start of a new affordable housing development.
The groundbreaking for Valley View Senior Apartments was covered by the Vallejo Times-Herald. This exciting project is the first affordable senior and veterans housing to come to American Canyon.
