Parents, residents, advocates, partners and supporters celebrated the grand opening of Jack Capon Villa, a landmark project for Alameda’s engaged and growing community of people with developmental disabilities.

In celebration of Earth Day, Affordable Housing Finance asked SAHA and other leading developers about the green feature that is a must in all of their new developments.

Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA), Housing Consortium of the East Bay (HCEB), and the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda invite you to the Grand Opening Celebration of  Jack Capon Villa. With 19 apartment homes, Jack Capon Villa is the first affordable multi-family housing for adults with developmental disabilities in the city of Alameda.
