Eligibility
- Head of household must be 62 years or older at the time of application.
- Rent: Approximately 30% of income. Units subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The waiting list for studio and 1-bedroom units at Linda Glen opens on May 6, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Deadline Extended: Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on May 27, 2026.
Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available to pick up at the property at these times:
- Thursday, May 7, 2026: 9 AM – 12 PM, 1 PM – 4:30 PM;
- Friday, May 8, 2026: 9 AM–12 PM, 1 PM – 4:30 PM;
- Monday, May 11, 2026: 1 PM – 4:30 PM;
- Monday, May 18, 2026: 1 PM – 4:30 PM;
- Thursday, May 21, 2026: 9 AM–12 PM, 1 PM – 4:30 PM
Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Deadline Extended: Applications submitted by mail must be received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on May 27, 2026.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 400 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
