On Thursday, May 18, Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) broke ground on 28 high quality, geographically equitable apartments for low-income families and formerly homeless in Oakland’s Upper Laurel neighborhood.
Join us after work on June 29th for appetizers, drinks, and fun! All to support SAHA's Resident Services Program.
Please join us to celebrate breaking ground on Redwood Hill Townhomes, the new construction of 28 townhomes and flats for low-income families and households experiencing homelessness.
SAHA is preserving 80 units of affordable rental housing for seniors at Casa Mantego through an extensive rehabilitation project.
Thank you Moms Against Poverty, Toys4Tots, and Christ Community Church for bringing over 400 smiles to SAHA communities over the Holidays!
We're off to a strong start in 2017! Across the Bay Area, our communities have raised their voices by voting for new funding to support affordable housing, recognizing that it is necessary for a just, fair, and inclusive world.
“I was looking forward to this – I never expected it would be so…bountiful!”
Tabora Gardens Senior Apartments is one of the first projects in the state to provide permanent, affordable housing for veterans with assistance from the HCD Veterans Housing and Homeless Prevention Program.
AHA merged with Satellite to form SAHA, and we continue to be committed to developing housing for those with the fewest options.
